Our experience with all of you at Envisionmatrix has been totally positive. Prasad is always responsive and prompt, and the installation crew is the most professional I’ve encountered in my life as a homeowner. I hope more people will consider an installation like ours. The fact that Environmatrix is nearby and small but knowledgeable was a large reason for me to choose them. Prasad is certainly interested in making some money BUT his prices are fair and competitive. Moreover, he does this work out of conviction and environmental concern, having installed a solar project on his own roof. To my mind, having someone who believes in the green aspect (not just the business aspect of solar installations, as we discovered is the case with many of his competitors) is an indicator of someone trustworthy. Environmatrix offered us a good quality products at a very competitive rates, was reliable and their work was quick and clean; even the Guelph Hydro workers remarked on how good a job Environmatrix did compared to other installations they have had to connect to the grid. Prasad was professional, pleasant and responsive to our concerns, allaying all of them. His pre- and post-installation service was impeccable. He provided us with a comprehensive report about the final installation, including all pertinent documentation. I have no reservations about recommending Environmatrix to others.
